Q. Can I check a website which uses the service?

Q. Does it work for any kind of website?
A. WJ Localizer is mainly for static corporate sites. It might not work well for active communication websites such as chat or forum, or large websites which have more than 100 pages because the translation revision work cannot catch up timely.

Q. Can we use it only for some pages of entire website?
A. Yes you may. Please tell us which page you would like to localize when you get a quote.

Q. Which language does it support? And which one should I use?
A. It supports Japanese, English, Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese. Simplified Chinese is used in mainland China and Traditional is used in Hong Kong and Taiwan mainly.

Q. Can we modify the design of language menu?
A. Yes, you may. You can change the layout in admin page. If you would like to use an image for language menu, please let us know.

Q. We have a translator in house. Can we edit the translation texts directly?
A. Yes, you may. You can revise it by yourself or send the request to crowd translation in admin page.

Q. Can people in mainland China access to our website?
A. Yes, they can basically. (Except Facebook, Twitter or website that has political words) You can confirm in a following site.

Q. Does it work for SEO and AD campaign?
A. If you would like to have the pages indexed in other languages, you need to create the pages as static HTML pages and upload them to your server. (We will release the automatic program soon.)
For AD campaign, you can do it, because each language page has a unique parameter. (Ex. http://www.ABC.com/lang=en)

  1. We will send an estimate to you after counting number of characters and traffic.
  2. If it is ok, we will send you a contract and bill for a year.
  3. You will send the payment(Set up fee and 12 months fee) by bank wire.
  4. We will set it up after receiving the payment.

Q. How long do we have to contract??
A. More than a year

Q. Which payment option is available? Any payment term?
