ワールドジャンパー.comは、八楽株式会社によって開発•運営されています。
Yaraku “八楽” means “8 numbers of fun” in the literature of Chinese character. It is coming from a sentence, “Enjoy 8 million gods” in Japanese old saying. In other words, we have to respect and enjoy million various cultures and ways of communication.
この「八楽」という漢字は「８つの楽しさ」という意味になります。 これは「八百万の神を楽しむ」という文から来ており、言い換えると様々なや文化やコミュニケーションを尊敬し、楽しむという意味を込めています。

Born and raised in Fukuoka, Japan. After graduating from WASEDA Univ. in Tokyo, Suguru worked in LA and NY.
福岡で生まれ育ち、早稲田大学卒業後、ロサンゼルスとニューヨークに住む。
After years of online marketing experience, he decided to go back to Japan and pursue his dream to produce “Fun of intercultural communication” by whole earth citizens.
オンラインマーケティングの仕事に数年携わった後、日本に帰国し「異文化コミュニケーションを世界中の人と楽しむ」という夢をスタートさせる。

Jonas develops and manages our whole web system and databases.

Born and raised in Sweden. After years of web development experience in Gothenburg, in 2008 he suddenly made up his mind to move to a far east country, Japan. After studying Japanese over 2 years, Jonas found the challenge of multilingual communication in WorldJumper and Yaraku, Inc.
スウェーデンで生まれ育つ。ヨーテボリで数年ウェブプログラミングに携わった後、突然、極東「日本」への移住を思い立つ。
２年間日本語を学んで、ワールドジャンパー、及び八楽で多言語コミュニケーションへの挑戦を感じ参加する。

Haruo designs and develops WorldJumper interface (which is cool!) and our translation engine, too.

Born and raised in the US. After having finished master’s degree of physics in Tokyo Univ., he worked as a software engineer at a UK bank. After a few years, he decide to go for his own way and has joined the team.
アメリカで生まれ育つ。東京大学で物理の修士課程修了後、イギリスの銀行で数年ソフトウェアエンジニアとして勤務。そして自らの道を進むこと決心し、チームに参加する。

Cohan develops WorldJumper multilingual translation system.
ワールドジャンパーの多言語翻訳システム開発を担当
Born and raised in Bangalore, India. He is in PhD of Natural Language Processing in North Carolina University. After working as a software engineer at several global companies, he started his own business as a NLP consultant and has joined the team.
インド・バンガロールで生まれ育つ。ノースカロライナ大学自然言語処理研究博士課程在籍中。IBM、Microsoftなどでソフトウェアエンジニアとして勤務した後、2010年独立。そして日本における多言語コミュニケーションのニーズを感じ、チームに参加する。
